SAIKYO MISO SALMON BENTO
Baked marinated salmon with white rice with yukari, a sour pickled plum, and a slice of lemon. Includes 4 sides.
Simmered washu beef, served with a soft-boiled egg, sesame-mixed rice and 6 sides, such as tofu, eggplant and white konjac.
GINGER PORK BENTO
Pan seared premium Mugi Fuji pork, drizzled with sauce, and with sesame-topped white rice. Includes a variety of fresh vegetables as sides and garnishes.
Cold buckwheat noodles topped with mix greens and four kinds of seaweed. Includes sesame dressing and garnishes.
MISO KATSU SANDWITCH
Breaded pork cutlet, covered with katsu sauce, and cabbage sandwiched between two slices of artisan bread.
Japanese style fried chicken
TRIO INARI SUSHI
Three types of mixed rice wrapped in soft, golden tofu skin: multigrain, whitebait, seaweed and edamame. Includes sides.
